We provide a platform for DIY remote user testing, usability testing, and user experience (UX) testing, as well as optional services such as test design, review and in-line video annotation of key events and comments, a High Light Reel, and an Executive Summary Report with recommendations. Included in our offering is the capability to conduct remote user testing of mobile apps and websites. We can offer our platform on a self serve basis, or conduct study design (tasks, questions, methodology), custom recruitment, use of our own panel of respondents, or integration with 3rd party panel suppliers. We conduct a QA review of every result, and can also prepare an analysis and detailed recommendations. We have a range of state of the art features including in-video annotation of hyper linked comments for easy sharing with colleagues in a "video highlights"​ section, full verbal transcription with captions hyperlinked to specific timeline moments, synchronized views of both the respondents in their homes and what they are seeing, saying and hearing, etc.
