Leads the transformation of a large client enrollment organization from phone-led to digital-first hybrid enrollment. Owns conversion, enrollment growth, unit economics, contact strategy, staffing, AI adoption, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Lending, and Contact Center teams. Oversees directors, managers, and hundreds of specialists while redesigning operating models, incentives, multichannel engagement, digital funnels, and frontline capabilities.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and launch of Achieve’s enterprise data and agentic AI platforms. Lead data migrations, semantic-layer governance, enterprise data products, AI agent infrastructure, reference workflows, and regulated-industry controls. Partner with engineering, security, risk, compliance, and business teams to enable trusted analytics, AI-driven workflows, customer-facing agents, and scalable governance. Initially an individual contributor, the role is expected to grow into team leadership.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy for a high-growth fintech: build a risk-based security program, oversee SOC/incident response, secure cloud and product development, govern compliance (PCI, SOC, NIST, ISO), enable secure AI adoption, advise executive leadership and Board, and scale security for audits, regulators, vendors, and growth events.

Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of credit risk models and loss forecasts. Perform EDA, build pipelines in SQL/Python, automate reporting and dashboards, document audit-ready methodologies, and communicate insights to stakeholders while supporting governance, validation, and model improvement efforts.
