Lead and modernize HackerOne's global go-to-market operating system by embedding AI and automation into revenue operations, forecasting, territory and incentive design, revenue tech stack, and enablement to drive predictable, scalable growth and operational rigor across Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Marketing.

Lead and scale HackerOne's global commercial legal function: set commercial risk standards, manage complex cross-border enterprise deals, build a multi-jurisdictional legal team, design AI-enabled legal operations and KPIs, and partner with sales, product, finance, and security to accelerate growth and global expansion.

Lead global researcher community and own the Live Hacking Events product line P&L. Define multi-year community strategy, run professional-services delivery and technical execution, drive researcher growth and retention, embed AI-first operations, and use data to measure community health, event profitability, and customer outcomes. Partner cross-functionally and develop leaders to scale operations and ensure high-quality delivery for enterprise customers.

Design and implement AI-native GTM workflows, integrations, and automations to improve forecasting, pipeline management, quote-to-cash, and sales enablement. Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and partners to architect scalable systems, instrument data flows, and enforce governance for reliable revenue operations.

Lead pipeline and forecast intelligence, build AI-native GTM workflows, and deliver revenue analytics. Partner cross-functionally to improve pipeline visibility, automate reporting using LLMs and GTM data (Salesforce, Gong), drive cadence and executive-ready recommendations, and support capacity, quota, and productivity modeling to improve revenue operations and decision-making.

Provide hands-on global privacy and AI governance support: conduct DPIAs and risk assessments, review product features, draft and negotiate DPAs and privacy terms, manage breach response and audits, deliver training, and advise cross-functional teams to enable compliant product development and sales.

Design and execute virtual and in-person events, hacking challenges, and community programs for strategic accounts. Use AI tools and data-driven metrics to measure outcomes, manage budgets/vendors/logistics, liaise with stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to drive customer success and researcher engagement.
