Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to Product leadership, building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for growth initiatives, pricing, investments, and resource allocation. Analyze SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, churn, conversion, and unit economics. Translate complex data into recommendations, establish performance targets, and improve financial analysis through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Owns go-to-market readiness for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, migrations, and commercial initiatives. Translates product decisions into operational requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, validates end-to-end customer and seller workflows, manages launch risks, and improves readiness processes. The role partners across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Technology, and Enablement to ensure commercial changes are operationally ready for launch.

Own regional Sales Operations for NAMER by managing territory planning, account segmentation, quota allocation, forecasting governance, pipeline health, CRM hygiene, executive reporting, and operating cadences. Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve coverage, forecast accuracy, deal quality, and process efficiency. Lead automation and analytics initiatives, support organization design and onboarding, and translate go-to-market strategy into executable regional plans.
