Lead downstream customer partnerships to sell RigUp workforce and services across LNG, refining, petrochemical, terminals, and pipelines. Develop and cultivate strategic client relationships, own portions of the sales cycle and complex RFPs, define go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and delivery, mentor team members, and use data and AI-enabled tools to identify market opportunities and scale the downstream vertical.

Lead sales and sector development for utilities, power distribution, infrastructure, and data center customers. Build and manage strategic relationships, own parts of the sales cycle, pursue new business, manage complex RFPs and onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide market insights, and mentor other account managers to scale the vertical.
