Responsible for sales operations analytics, sales planning, and variable pay management system administration. Builds and tracks quotas, territory plans, reports, and incentive plans; manages disputes and system errors; supports implementation and enhancements; partners with HR Compensation and field teams; and maintains documentation and recurring agile reporting.

Develop and grow onsite solutions (reliability, maintenance, sustainability, storeroom) by creating tailored proposals, working with vendors, meeting site/quote/revenue quotas, providing training, conducting ROS analysis, and supporting branch financial decisions while traveling to customer sites.
