Build and scale database infrastructure that enables customers to use production-grade Postgres without DBA expertise. Lead architecture and roadmap from alpha to general availability, improve query performance, indexing, schema evolution, reliability, permissions, recovery, provisioning, observability, and fleet operations. Partner directly with early customers, contribute across backend and client systems, and provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

Serves as the strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales, supporting executive decision-making, board preparation, cross-functional alignment, sales planning, business analysis, and global sales strategy. Leads strategic projects and organizational forums, drives the sales rhythm of business, coordinates communications, and identifies opportunities across self-serve and enterprise motions. Requires strong executive influence, project management, communication, analytical, and operational skills in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
