What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Growth Marketing team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, helping to lead and scale our program. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be focused on maximizing ThirdLove’s growth with affiliate partners ranging from influencers to large scale publishers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is excited by the opportunity to take control of and expand upon our existing affiliate program and build a long term Affiliate strategy to further scale the program. 

This position will work collaboratively with our Integrated Marketing, PR, SEO and Influencer teams to grow awareness of the ThirdLove brand and encourage new customer trial and drive irrational loyalty. You will need to be curious, think big, use data to guide your work, and be comfortable challenging convention.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference:

• Develop a strategy for finding high-value partners that increase brand awareness, brand value, and drive key business results
• Be the in-house expert for affiliate marketing - understand how different partnership paths work, and adopt/create strategies to grow
• Automate operations and scale the program to meet planned growth goals
• Understand the underlying data and use it to optimize and improve upon strategy
• Report on performance and effectively manage budget to business goals and financial targets

You Have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years direct affiliate marketing experience, ideally for an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer business
• Experience running partnerships with a wide range of publishers including but not limited to: niche/smaller publishers (e.g. mid-size wordpress sites), influencers (e.g. social-only partners), large publishers, and sub-networks
• A strong understanding of marketing attribution and how different channels interplay at different points in the customer journey
• Experience growing user base and optimizing user conversion funnels
• Basic understanding of CSS and HTML5 coding
• Knowledge working with tracking platforms including GA4 and Looker
• Confidence in pitching to major media outlets and knowing a “good story” 
• Obsessively monitor affiliate channel KPIs and proactively identify growth opportunities, limitations or anomalies warranting further investigation or escalation
