Agriculture & Farming Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Agriculture and Farming Associate to support daily farming operations and ensure healthy crop production. The ideal candidate will assist with planting, cultivating, harvesting, and maintaining crops while following sustainable farming practices. This role involves working outdoors, operating basic farming equipment, and supporting farm management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare soil and assist with planting seeds and crops.
• Water, fertilize, and monitor crop growth.
• Operate and maintain basic farming tools and machinery.
• Harvest crops and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Monitor crops for pests and diseases and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the farm area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of agriculture or farming practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle manual work.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior farming or agricultural experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming methods and irrigation systems.
