ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

ASO:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on incremental ASO improvement while maintaining a consistent testing cadence to maximize app visibility and conversion.
  • Partner with growth team on creative briefs in line with creative best practices and compliance standards.
  • Work independently to create dashboards to analyze data and utilize insights to execute actionable next steps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to devise and execute impactful tests that significantly advance the overall strategy.

Marketing Landing Page/Funnel Optimization:

  • Conduct landing page experiments to improve paid advertising campaigns, focusing on performance analysis and channel optimization.
  • Collaborate on top-of-funnel testing strategies with cross-functional teams to enhance incremental performance and achieve strategic goals.
  • Analyze website conversion data and implement innovative testing methods for improvement.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • 3-5 years of digital mobile marketing experience with extensive knowledge of media buying and scaling an app store presence, preferably in Fintech space but not required.
  • Working knowledge and hands on experience with A/B testing on both platforms and tools like Storemaven, Google Experiments, and Custom Product Pages.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and keyword research tools like SensorTower, AppAnnie, and AppTweak.
  • Ability to write strong creative briefs for internal and external creative teams with best practices guidance.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills in analyzing data, derive insights and make recommendations.
  • Background and hands on execution with Mobile Measurement Partners and data visualization tools e.g Singular and Looker will contribute to the success of this role.

Additional information: Salary range of $120,000 - $150,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
