<p><em><strong>What you'll do:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels</li>
<li>Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects</li>
<li>Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer and how CLEAR can be a solution</li>
<li>Schedule exploratory meetings for Sales and Business Development Executives</li>
<li>Exceed opportunity generation and pipeline revenue targets</li>

<li>Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills</li>
<li>Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment</li>

<li>Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate</li>
<li>Experience leveraging sales engagement tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for prospecting</li>
<li>Ability to utilize Salesforce to track all activities and make data-driven decisions</li>

Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units</span></em></p>
