Business Development Representative @ Marin Software
Remote working applications welcomed from individuals on Eastern or Central timezone
We are looking for tenacious sales people that are passionate about digital and looking to move into the fast growing AdTech market in North America. You will support the Account Directors in the creation of new business opportunities, which will involve identifying key target accounts, scoping & qualifying decision making personnel and activating strategies to engage, have open conversations and business opportunities. If you are a dynamic, high-energy person who’s looking for a chance to work in a strategic enterprise software sales environment with a clear path for progression and great OTE package then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Scoping target accounts & researching contacts
-Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone, email & LinkedIn
-Generate interest in Marin Software through 30-50 outbound targeted calls daily
-Relationship Building with Heads of digital, Search, eCommerce & Social Executives and Digital Marketing Directors
-Assist marketing efforts promoting events, webinars and CMO dinners
-Social Selling using Linked In & Twitter,
-Qualify and allocate leads for sales teams
-Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly target
-Develop and sustain knowledge of Marin Software’s offerings and associated technologies
Qualifications:
-Some experience in a targeted sales environment. We are happy to train you in sales and our product but we are looking for someone with a passion for selling
-Interest in digital marketing and a sales career
-Experience working with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office is an advantage
-Strong written and communication skills essential
-Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into business opportunity
-Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
-Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
-Ability and desire to learn quickly and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
-Ability to work autonomously as, at least initially, you will work remotely
This role will be remote, but will be required to focus on Eastern/Central timezone. We would welcome applications in particular from Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania
