<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)</li>
<li>Build and manage a sales pipeline</li>
<li>Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle</li>
<li>Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota</li>
<li>Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process</li>
<li>Articulate company value proposition</li>
<li>Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)</li>
<li>Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone</li>
<li>Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com</li>
<li>Industry experience is a huge plus, but not required</li>
<li>Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>College degree (BA/BS) is required</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts</li>
