About the role 

You will bring your operational, technical and people expertise to help scale a growing commercial operation. Your analytic mindset will contribute to building and implementing a robust reporting infrastructure that will power decision-making across the commercial organization. This is a role that requires tight partner management and high throughput. Given our fast growing business you must be comfortable operating independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Accomplish 

  • Gain an understanding of a high-growth RWE business by working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, operations & product teams 
  • Bring an analytic and innovative framework to improve commercial team & sales operations and effectiveness. 
  • Implement a robust reporting infrastructure that will power decision making across the commercial organization
  • Enhance development of sales/marketing analytics, reporting, dashboards
  • Evaluate, implement, integrate, maintain & optimize commercial tools  (CRM, marketing automation, proposal management, account-based marketing, etc.)  
  • Train commercial team and drive adoption of commercial tools 
  • Drive the annual sales planning cycle including market assessment, territory planning, incentive compensation design and rollout, quota setting, and support to budgeting

What you bring to the table 

  • Highly-driven, self motivated
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and across teams 
  • Project management skill sets - Atlassian tools preferred (JIRA, Confluence, etc) 
  • Analytic skill set - experience in quantitative analysis in sales and marketing functions
  • Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management tool  REQUIRED.   
  • Excellent with GSuite: Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets  
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot strongly preferred)

Syapse is a Remote-First company. What does that mean? Simply, we hire team members anywhere regulations allow and assume everyone will work from home full time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Syapse hires need to be located and perform their job in the United States. Some folks travel, some may eventually gather in person in areas where we have a critical mass of employees, and of course we’re excited to get together as departments and as a whole company throughout the year in person. But you, and the rest of Team Syapse, will mostly work from home.
