The Omada Consumer Marketing team is focused on creating awareness and engaging people for lasting, healthy change and we are looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketer to lead messaging and positioning of an Omada product-line to help us meet our ambitious growth goals.

Your impact:

As a Consumer Product Marketing Manager at Omada Health, you’ll own the end to end positioning and messaging strategy for consumer-facing enrollment campaigns for one of Omada’s product lines (Diabetes, Joint & Muscle Health, Prevention, Hypertension, or Mental Health). Reporting into the Team Lead of Consumer Product Marketing, this role is crucial to the Enrollment Marketing team and Omada Health as a whole. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and creation of product-specific enrollment campaigns to ensure message and positioning is continually coming to life in campaigns, end to end. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Growth, Design, Marketing Analytics, Clinical, Research, and Client-facing teams to develop winning consumer campaigns and measure their impact.

  • Lead product positioning and messaging strategy and partnering with Growth Marketing on the development of member marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, webinars and client-led channels to support enrollment growth. 
  • Own creative briefs for campaigns within owned product line, partnering with Growth Marketing and the Creative teams to scope, produce and iterate on campaign creative, ensuring positioning is continually coming to life in campaigns, end to end.
  • Coordinate closely with Creative, Consumer Marketing, and Customer Success and Clinical teams to ensure campaign messaging and collateral are on brand.
  • Provide product-level expertise, interfacing with Omada’s Jumbo clients and external stakeholders as needed in support of business needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor landscape to influence product marketing strategy. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of program-specific campaigns on an ongoing basis (in partnership with Marketing Analytics) to deliver regular reporting of campaign performance and metrics, highlighting key successes and areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Develop client-facing pitch decks for assigned product category.

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing (product marketing ideal)
  • Strong cross-functional team player – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Lead with curiosity and an experimental mindset
  • Have the ability to zoom in and out from details to strategy
  • Someone who is deeply curious and adaptable with high mental clock speed. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
