Contracts Manager - Law Team (East Coast)

What You'll Do
- Collaborate daily with Fastly's Deal Strategy team and Sales organizations on documenting and executing cloud services revenue transactions
- Support multiple stakeholders in the procurement process, including through management of the review and execution of vendor contracts
- Assist with developing and improving processes, playbooks, knowledge management and automation across all contract life cycles
- Ensure proper administration of contracts to match Fastly's internal business practices, from intake of new contracts to sunsetting of expired relationships
- Review commercial contracts (including revenue, channel and procurement contracts) with the support of our attorneys
- Interpret and analyze existing contracts to respond to questions from the Law department and the rest of the company
- Produce and deliver trainings to support best practices
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously on a time-sensitive basis to meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment with a globally distributed team
What We're Looking For
- BA from a four year accredited college or university
- At least 1-3 years of contracts-related experience in an in-house law department
- Experience with CRM and CPQ software such as salesforce.com and automated contract management solutions such as DocuSign and Apttus highly valued
- Must exercise discretion and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including across multiple applications and platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

In accordance with applicable law, Fastly’s minimum base pay for this role if hired in Colorado is $66,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fastly's equity plan. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations. Note that this role is available to candidates outside of Colorado and different minimum compensation may apply.
