We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide timely support to internal teams and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, handling support requests, and improving processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business workflows.
- Respond to customer or internal team inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, HR, etc.) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, updates, and support resolutions.
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members on tools and processes.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or customer success roles (preferably in a startup or tech environment).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Notion, or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SaaS operations or technical support.
