ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help us build and support design solutions for the PAX brand across sales and marketing channels. This role will partner with the Marketing as well as Comms teams to deliver outstanding solutions for key moments in the consumer journey. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who can take the inputs of key stakeholders and translate it into branded touchpoints that facilitate key customer interactions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Leverage existing visual guidelines to design and publish assets for use in Marketing and Comms
- Translate creative briefs and requests from Marketing into usable assets across all channels
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketing counterparts to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Upload related assets within the outlined file structure for easy access
- Evolve PAX’s visual and verbal identity to keep brand fresh, interesting, and inspiring
- Collaborate with agency and freelance partners to deliver on brand goals
- Stay current with modern design systems and standards across web and retail
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3+ years of experience, with corresponding portfolio work from in-house or agency
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for both process and output
- Experience working within modern digital standards, including social media and display ads
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud as well as G Suite. Figma skills are a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
