We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager with a passion for world-class customer experiences. Why? Because you’ll help define digital experiences across our app and web platforms from concept to launch. You will work to deliver exceptional experiences for homeowners, renters, small businesses, and large enterprises that make up the Molekule community, in the US and internationally. 

Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll function at the hub of our process, connecting our design, software development, quality, testing, and marketing teams as digital products and features evolve through their lifecycles.

The ideal Molekuler will be entrepreneurial, creative, and be able to turn ambiguously-defined, rapidly-evolving concepts into tightly-scoped, actionable plans. They will operate well in close partnership with the software and user experience teams to make sure the ideas developed are successful and stay true to the project goals. 

What you will own:

• The digital product development roadmap, working with the product team and other subject matter specialists. 
• Product requirements for a varied portfolio of small, medium, and large releases. 
• Processes to build and maintain a resilient digital product development pipeline.

What you will do:

• Partner closely with Hardware, Software, Marketing and Brand to produce clearly defined, well researched proposals and requirements with clear success criteria.
• Gather customer insights to drive solutions based on their underlying needs, and define solutions to solve them.
• Seek out differences of opinion and relentlessly align the work to focus on the customer.
• Maintain an outcome-focused approach that ensures that our premium products are successful at standing out as a market leader.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital product management and development.
• A portfolio of high quality digital products and apps.
• Compelling communication skills with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across teams.
• An iterative mindset that is obsessed with continuous product improvement based on data and feedback. 
• The ability to understand the technical details, while keeping the broader experience goals in mind. 
• Experience shipping projects using agile based development processes.
• Familiarity with common software tools and tracking systems.
