Responsibilities: 

  • Applies strategic rigor to the development of our campaigns and partnerships, ensuring that they are aligned to our overarching brand strategy and that all representations of our product and services — physical and digital — are world class
  • Establishes a clear brand program across internal teams to ensure hims & hers brand is being represented to the fullest extent while meeting individual team business goals
  • Leads special projects as a part of our growth initiatives serving as the brand strategy expert
  • Consistently remains hyper attuned to cultural changes, with an understanding of how it will impact our business, brand health, and customer perception
  • Translates consumer insights and market trends into the strategy behind our campaigns in order to move the needle on brand awareness and product differentiation

Experience & Skills: 

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy for high growth brands, either at agency or in house
  • Former brand-building experience, establishing brand guardrails, strategic frameworks and brand-level narratives
  • Clear POV - knows the difference between a good creative idea and a good creative idea that is on strategy
  • Natural storyteller with high empathy for diverse groups of consumers 
  • Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights 
  • Phenomenal at driving the big picture and overarching mission, but also happy to get into the weeds and to get things done
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
