This pivotal leadership role addresses the complex challenge of scaling a high growth partner ecosystem, acquiring high-value indirect sales channels, and expanding the market footprint exclusively for Boost Mobile. Managing the strategic deployment of master agents, big-box retailers, enterprise alliances, and national dealer networks requires bridging communication gaps between product, finance, IT, and external partner executives in a rapid, highly competitive marketplace. Success means solving channel operational inefficiencies, building a scalable and performance driven business development team, and converting commercial growth strategies into flawless, revenue-generating retail and partner execution.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Maximize indirect channel revenue and subscriber growth, proactively identifying market opportunities and resolving partner bottlenecks to secure Boost Mobile as the preferred wireless brand.
  • Establish, track, and report on modern partner KPIs and sales metrics, utilizing data-driven insights and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to optimize dealer productivity and account profitability.
  • Build and lead a performance-based business development and account management shared service team dedicated to supporting multi-brand dealer networks and B2B partnerships.
  • Leverage generative AI and modern CRM automation tools to design efficient, scalable partner prospecting workflows, accelerate time-to-revenue, and streamline contract lifecycles.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies:
  • Critical experience leading high level commercial expansion, enterprise account acquisition, multi-channel distribution strategies, and high-performing business development teams.
  • Deep functional expertise in indirect sales channel mechanics, dealer network ecosystems, commission/incentive modeling, and retail wireless distribution dynamics.
  • Strong AI literacy and data-driven analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to integrate advanced AI and CRM tools to optimize the partner sales pipeline, forecast growth, and analyze channel market share.
  • A collaborative and change-resilient leadership style that serves as a culture catalyst, empowering business development professionals while aligning front-line channel operations with corporate goals.
  • Growth-oriented mindset of curiosity, pride, adventure, and winning that aligns with core organizational values in a fast-paced, disruptive market, paired with the willingness to travel to partner headquarters and regional hubs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
