Our strategic focus is to work with companies to reduce their Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks and optimize their ESG performance. From strategy development to setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing the value case this role will focus on driving adoption and accelerating ESG across a variety of industries who are all responding to this urgent need. This role is remote, European-based and the ideal candidate will have worked with organizations ideally in the manufacturing space on their strategic Sustainability programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable the Customer Success team to position ESG effectively with their customers and work with the team on ESG potential to influence their overall value outcomes
- Drive the development of an ESG-specific service package(s) to augment our service offerings and help accelerate ESG goals
- Enable the Sales team on ESG specific use cases and build out customer case studies that demonstrate the value of Parsable across this topic area
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive ESG projects that meet customer needs, and provide ongoing marketing support for ESG related programs
- Work with our Product organisation to help define requirements specifically focused on enabling further adoption of our platform to drive ESG value
- Monitor and report out on adoption driven from or supported by ESG initiatives
- Achieve high customer referenceability for positive ESG outcomes
- Act as an evangelist for the ESG potential of the Connected Worker Parsable Platform
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ year’s experience in an ESG consulting role
- Experience working in enterprise ESG reporting, and a working knowledge of ESG initiatives
- Personal passion about influencing and addressing ESG efforts
- Expertise in ESG working with relevant verticals (Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Good knowledge of global sustainability initiatives and frameworks, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), EU SFDR disclosure regulations and more specific regulations in Manufacturing
- Data-driven; analytical thinker with an ability to build out the ESG business case based on existing SOP’s already being adopted in Parsable and be in a position to define robust ESG reporting requirements to ensure visibility of the value of Parsable
- Collaborative team player with proven record of working cross functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; concise, actionable, strategic communication style with the ability to adjust levels
- Travel to Customer sites up to 20% post-pandemic
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Sustainability or Environmental Engineering
- Language: Fluent English and German or French desired
- Location: REMOTE Europe or US East / Central
