These products are all based on our foundation of sustainable behavior change using technology to empower the care teams behind the technology to deliver incredible care and outcomes for our members.. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional leaders across the company to ensure that the products and programs we build have maximum market impact.
You will lead a dedicated platform product management team and engage key leaders and stakeholders across the organization including product design, research, data science, analytics, engineering, clinical and commercial teams. You and your team will define the highest priority market problems to solve and build creative and scalable solutions to these problems working in concert with other product teams. Your team will oversee all of Omada’s core platform technologies that power our member and customer experience. Your work will directly influence how customers engage with Omada from contract configuration, onboarding, product launch, billing, member outreach systems, identity services, data ingestion and integration and more. Your team will make important buy, build or partner platform decisions and translate company strategy into product execution (strategy to roadmap to execution).
Your impact:
- Lead a team of product managers to develop the near-term and long-term platform vision and strategy to support company growth initiatives
- Define the enterprise platform roadmap in close partnership with relevant stakeholders in the organization, including Technical Program Managers, Commercial, Compliance/Legal, and Finance
- Focus the company on future growth areas that drive business value and deliver a strong ROI of platform investments
- Influence and build consistent software development processes (e.g. product reviews, feature specifications, etc.)
- Lead quarterly product planning across all enterprise platform domain areas and routinely articulate projects, roadmaps and release plans
- Guide cross-functional teams and leadership through making difficult trade-offs based on company priorities and impact
- Define the future platform capabilities that enables Omada Health to lead in the market and integrate with the most complex healthcare IT landscapes
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, sales and operations to develop effective go to market plans and appropriate training and processes for feature awareness, launches and scalability
- Clearly define and recommend buy vs. build vs. partner options to accelerate platform deliveries
Requirements:
- 8+ years of market and product management experience supporting technical solutions
- 7+ years of experience in running multiple large projects
- 3+ years managing product teams
- Deep experience working in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Experience with an API-1st strategy and modern cloud architecture or systems
- Expertise in using both qualitative insights and quantitative findings for market analysis
- Experience helping define and report against OKRs
- Strong people/relationship skills, experience understanding team dynamics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
- Thrives on attention to detail and process efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
