Narvar is growing! We are looking for a Director of Product Partnerships to expand Narvar’s product offering and accelerate time to market through partnership and broader ecosystem development. You will inform and influence product roadmap, based on your deep understanding of Narvar’s products, the needs of our partners and the market landscape. We are a global, rapid-growth, profitable start-up. 

Day-to-day

  • Devise and execute a cohesive partnerships strategy to enhance and grow Narvar’s product offering, including both established and nascent aspects of the offering 
  • Conduct market diligence and build business cases to inform build/ buy/ partner decisions as part of the product development process
  • Develop a product-enablement ecosystem, source partners from that ecosystem and negotiate first-in-kind deals that accelerate Narvar’s product roadmap 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and legal to realize Narvar’s product vision
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team, defining its KPIs, operating model and cultural norms, aligned with Narvar’s mission and values

What we are looking for

  • 15+ years of business development experience, including 10+ years in a product-enabling capacity
  • Demonstrated impact in a product-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate market opportunities and partner needs that inform product roadmap and prioritization
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, first-in-kind commercial deals -- from opportunity assessment to execution to launch
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb and learn new domains quickly
