About the Role:
Email is a key marketing channel at Included Health, allowing us to directly communicate and engage with our 100MM members.
Our goal is to ensure that millions of eligible members are aware of, register for, and use Included Health’s product services for a better, more personalized, healthcare experience.

If so, we are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join the Performance Marketing Team to manage and deploy emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- Work with developers to program email creative
- Program emails into SFMC
- Manage and deploy A/B and multivariate tests
- Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers
- Work to minimize unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, creative and customer success teams
- Develop ways to improve process efficiency while maintaining high standards for QA
About You:

- Curious and employ a test-and-learn methodology to uncover the drivers of performance

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of email marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with B2B2C or D2C Marketing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to edit existing templates in partnership with email developer
- Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam law, unsubscribe rates
