This individual is a superb writer and visual storyteller who thrives on finding new and unexpected ways to connect with employees and global audiences. You'll sit within a high-performing, collaborative Communications team alongside an Employer Brand Lead and an Internal Communications Manager, driving campaign execution, creative delivery, and employee advocacy to turn current and future Zscaler employees into authentic brand ambassadors.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of P&C internal and external marketing campaigns that help us retain and attract top talent, translating employer brand strategy into channel-specific content across Slack, email, intranet, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to hiring priorities and cultural moments, tracking performance data to optimize planning and manage our employee advocacy program
  • Produce and host short-form video content end-to-end by conceptualizing, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing engaging employee stories
  • Serve as a brand steward across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and voice consistency while developing templates and guidelines that empower others to create on-brand content independently
  • Partner as a senior peer with the Employer Brand Lead and Internal Communications Manager to deliver cohesive programs and advise leaders on building their external presence

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable building the path as you walk it, seeing dynamic and changing environments as an opportunity to construct something meaningful.
  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action, and you operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome.
  • True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range. You possess the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are a high-trust partner. You thrive on collaborative feedback, matching ambition for the team with direct, respectful communication to build trust.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, employer branding, or a related field with a strong focus on campaign execution and social content creation
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering multi-channel marketing or employer brand campaigns from brief to results
  • Hands-on social media content creator experience with a deep understanding of what performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond

  • Strong brand management instincts reflecting visual judgment, consistent voice stewardship, and an audience-centric marketing mindset

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
  • Experience in B2B tech, enterprise SaaS, or a high-growth technology company
  • Hands-on experience with employee advocacy platforms and employer brand channels such as LinkedIn Talent Brand, Glassdoor, or Built In
