Engineering Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team! We are looking forward to your contributions to scale the Rescale Engineering team in our next stage of high growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years experience managing high-performing Software Engineering teams of 3-10 people.
• Experience working in a scaled Engineering, Product and Design organization in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience taking over the management of existing teams as well as building teams from scratch.
• Technically proficient as an IC, at least to Senior Engineer level.
• Led the delivery of, at least, one multi-quarter architectural change with quantifiable impact.

About your team at Rescale and who you will work with:

• Your direct manager will be Mark Whitney, Engineering Director at Rescale. Mark's team is tasked with building and maintaining the core engine that runs all our customer workloads on the Rescale Platform!
• You will work closely with our Senior Vice President of Engineering, Gerhard Esterhuizen and our Chief Product Officer, Edward Hsu.
