Senior Frontend Engineer

We're seeking a passionate front-end focused Senior Software Engineer to help build our revolutionary ComeHome products aimed at providing an unparalleled level of insight and transparency into the residential real estate market.

What You’ll Do

• Build exciting, industry-first features to wow our clients and customers 
• Write scalable, testable, well-documented codeIntegrate microservices into React frontends
• Help define APIs to power single-page applications
• Create libraries that enable modular, extensible design
• Optimize page performance of complex web applications
• Writing targeted, scalable tests to ensure a high level of regression confidence

What You Have

• Expert-level client-side and server-side Javascript skills 
• Collaborative and proactive personality
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities
• Deep understanding of how the web works (HTTP, CORS, Headers, etc)Ability to break down a UI design into modular, reusable components
• Experience with React (or another popular frontend MVC)Experience with a Redux (or another state management library)
• A proven track record of delivering highly scalable and maintainable software
• Familiarity with various frontend testing methodologies

Special Consideration For

• Experience with Typescript and/or GraphQL
• Library development experience
• Familiarity with a JS-based mapping library (Mapbox, Leaflet)
• Experience implementing authentication
• Real estate market experience
• Exposure to Golang
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD processes (Terraform/Terrascript)
