An Enterprise Account executive (EAE) is a field sales role that focuses on generating business the largest lenders in our TAM up to the few most strategic pursuits. The role is partnered with an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer, with the goal of acquiring net new customers and driving their full adoption of our Truework Income solution.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Revenue targets are based on the projected volumes of new customers, and can be retired in both usage based and committed contract structures.&nbsp;</p>
<p>EAEs often work with cross-functional teams and internal and external partners to create mutually beneficial, long-term plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. They may also use their technical expertise to deliver solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.<br><br></p>
<p><strong>At Truework, you would be responsible for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Establishing new trusted advisor relationships with both new prospects and strategically across existing customers</li>
<li>Optimizing time between driving incremental revenue in the near term as well as for the longer relationship horizon in partnership with customers</li>
<li>Finding and developing&nbsp; new teams, use cases, or opportunities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Researching, discovering, preparing and collaborating with customers to align value to their business goals and objectives<br><br></li>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in Sales&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deep solution oriented sales experience: Someone that has worked on complex enterprise sales, is confident pursuing and building material quantifiable business cases&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mortgage/fintech experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>A sponge for information, both in onboarding/ramping, but then on an ongoing basis with internal learnings and external market developments</li>
<li>Likes building, the early stages of creating a mature world class sales organization vs having the playbook handed to them&nbsp;</li>
<li>An athlete mentality, motivated to participate in and be depended on by the team</li>
<li>Genuinely a challenger seller, command of the message practitioner</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Cash Compensation:</strong></h3>
<p>Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $240,000 - $280,000 (OTE) for candidates based at our HQ in San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.</p>
