They are now seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO is a high-impact, highly trusted role at the center of how the company operates. This is not a traditional administrative position.

You will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier, ensuring the CEO and COO are consistently focused on the highest-value priorities that drive growth, revenue, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate thinks like a business owner, communicates with clarity and confidence, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and strong judgment is essential.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the CEO and COO’s calendars, inboxes, and communications with strong prioritization and judgment
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper, triaging inbound requests and routing them effectively
  • Prepare executives for meetings with the right context, materials, and information
  • Track action items and ensure consistent follow-through across teams
  • Protect executive time by prioritizing strategic initiatives over reactive work
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle communications with speed, clarity, and discretion
What You’ll Own
  • The effectiveness, focus, and productivity of the CEO and COO
  • Clear prioritization of tasks, communications, and commitments
  • End-to-end follow-through on key initiatives
  • Executive-level organization and alignment across teams
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and trust.


Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.


Benefits
  • Salary: $3,000 - $5,000/Monthly
  • 100% Remote from anywhere in the US & Canada.
