About the Team

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is organized, poised, and has a can-do

attitude to join us in a role that bridges strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution. The ideal

person for this position is mature, flexible, and highly resourceful, with the ability to be extremely

effective as part of a team and to work independently.


Role Responsibilites

  • Support 2-4 senior leaders within Opendoor
  • Manage multiple ever-moving calendars
  • Collaborate with diverse business units across multiple cities
  • Manage interactions with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan activities (events, off-sites, etc.) on behalf of the team
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, and submit and process expense reports
  • Partner with the administrative team across the organization on various projects
  • Coordinate internal communications for meetings and events
  • Provide coverage for other members of the administrative team during PTO
  • Special projects as assigned

Skills Needed

  • A minimum of 4 years providing administrative support in a dynamic rapidly-changing
  • environment
  • Exceptional strategic and organizational judgement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to move from big ideas to precise details without missing a beat
  • A positive and solutions-oriented perspective
  • Hunger to learn, to roll up your sleeves, do more at every turn and grow quickly
  • Keen intuition to proactively anticipate needs before they arise
  • Uncanny attention to detail in all aspects of what you do
  • A strong work ethic: “No task is too big or small”
  • Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite & all associate applications

Bonus Points if

  • Experience in a tech and / or finance environment is strongly preferred
