The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our San Francisco hub to help achieve our ambitious goals. They must be located near our SF hub and are expected to be able to go into the SF office 2 to 3 times per week.
 
As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting our CEO to help ensure that company goals and objectives are met and operations run efficiently.
 
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
  • Build and run the systems and tools that allow our CEO to operate efficiently - mainly in Coda!
  • Manage core components of our CEO’s internal and external communications - this may involve drafting key messaging, and prepping for key meetings
  • Manage our CEO’s relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive cultural programs that are in line with our CEO’s top priorities across Grammarly
  • Review and unblock our CEO’s schedule to make sure he is focused on the right areas on any given day
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including—but not limited to—scheduling, booking travel, event planning, managing expenses and budgets, and more!
Qualifications
  • Productivity nerd - geeks out over finding the right tools for the right tasks e.g. loves building spreadsheets, dashboards etc. to optimise processes and systems
  • System thinker with an eye for detail - extremely organised and loves creating systems to help manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Creative and flexible - finds creative ways to unblock problems in a flexible, thoughtful way
  • Excellent prioritisation skills - able to understand context quickly, and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent written and spoken English e.g. experience writing business comms, dabbling in school newspapers, personal or professional blogs etc.
  • Loves working with people, and is passionate about culture-building
  • High integrity and can handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion
  • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.

Compensation and Benefits

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: $123,000 – $169,000/year (USD)
