Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. If you are you a strategic commercial leader with deep expertise in pricing, partnerships, and the pharmaceutical or CRO (Clinical Research Organization) landscape, join us as an Executive Director, Site Payment Services, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping competitive pricing strategies and driving commercial excellence across a global portfolio.

We are seeking a results-driven leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of guiding high-level decisions. In this highly visible leadership position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence deal strategy, guide complex bid decisions, and deliver insights that directly impact business growth. What you’ll do:

  • Drive pricing strategy and commercial positioning for new and existing business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for pricing and commercial matters
  • Oversee bid review and approval processes
  • Partner with finance and pricing teams to develop rate cards and budgets
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on commercial packages to leadership
  • Align with stakeholders on financial strategy and incentives
  • Deliver market insights to inform decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across bidding and contracting workflows

Additional details:

10 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization with a focus on pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy is required. Proven expertise in developing pricing models, rate cards, and commercial frameworks is desired. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
