Responsibilities include managing day-to-day farm activities, coordinating with staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production schedules. You will manage budgeting, equipment maintenance oversight, vendor relationships, and report on production metrics. Minimum 5 years of farm management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field required.
