Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of intelligence products and operational tasking between the intelligence analysis team and deployed field operations personnel

• Collect, document, and report field observations, anomalies, and operational intelligence during and after field deployments

• Prepare field intelligence summaries, spot reports, and situation reports for consumption by both operational and analytical audiences

• Maintain the field intelligence collection plan, ensuring collection priorities align with current mission and program requirements

• Support intelligence analysts in validating or contextualizing analytical assessments using field-derived ground truth

• Manage classified information handling, storage, and dissemination in compliance with applicable security protocols

• Participate in pre-mission intelligence briefings and post-mission debriefings, capturing insights for the analytical cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in field operations, military intelligence, or a combined role supporting defense or government programs

• Understanding of the intelligence collection-analysis-dissemination cycle

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience writing operational reports and intelligence products

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI preferred)

• Military service in an intelligence or special operations role (18F, 35-series, or equivalent)

• Experience working in a SCIF or classified operational environment
