We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support operational deployments and mission activities for defense and national security programs. This role will coordinate field logistics, support mission planning, and assist operational teams during exercises and deployments.
The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, intelligence, and program teams to ensure equipment, personnel, and mission resources are deployed effectively in field environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support field operations and mission deployments for defense programs and operational exercises
Coordinate logistics, equipment readiness, and personnel movement for field missions
Assist with mission planning, operational briefings, and after-action reporting
Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, intelligence, and operations
- Monitor operational activities and provide real-time field support during deployments
- Maintain documentation for mission readiness and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with defense operational protocols and safety standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Military Studies, or related field
3+ years experience supporting field operations, defense programs, or mission operations
- Experience working in operational environments or deployment scenarios
- Ability to coordinate logistics and operational resources in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government, defense, or military programs
Familiarity with mission planning tools and operational command structures
- Active or previous security clearance
