Moogsoft is searching to add more creative engineers that can design and write clean code that scales and (inevitably) fails with grace. You will be directly working on Moogsoft Observability Cloud (MOC) to mature and expand the User Interface.
Responsibilities
- Writing and maintaining JavaScript as part of the Single Page Application which is the User Interface (UI) at Moogsoft
- Sharing responsibility for the quality of the UI through unit and automated testing
- Interface with Product/UX to implement requirements and designs and provide feedback
- Work with other engineers to design/implement APIs
- Identify new tools and libraries which can be used to improve developer experience
Requirements
- Good understanding of JavaScript
- Experience with either Vue or React framework
- Experience with state management tool like Vuex or Redux
- Experience with unit testing tools like Jest/mocha
- Experience interacting with, or developing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git
- Cypress or similar end to end testing experience is a plus
- NodeJS experience is a plus
- Knowledge of build tools like Webpack is a plus
- Kubernetes/Docker/AWS knowledge is a plus
