What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer focused on Front End development, you will be responsible for helping to scale a fast growing multi-channel brand and technology platform across web and mobile web. Your mission is to create purposeful, on-brand eCommerce experiences which drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
ThirdLove has a very unique stack. We are hosted on the Shopify platform, but maintain several projects outside of the Shopify ecosystem to augment our customer experience and sales funnels. As a Full Stack Engineer you will be hooking up Back End development to the Front End experience.
What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference:
- Design and code new features, participate in testing, bug fixing, and technical debt fixing
- Suggest new features or technical improvements that could be implemented in the system
- Perform peer code reviews
- Software development on the Shopify platform using agile methodologies
You Have:
- 3-4 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience developing applications on the Shopify platform
- Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background
- Strong knowledge in design patterns
- Experience with software engineering best practices
- Familiarity with continuous integrations and continuous deployment
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you own your part of the product
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with high availability and auto-scalable projects
- Experience with building and scaling applications on AWS a plus
