As the Head of Talent, you will have the opportunity to drive all elements of our exceptional Recruiting Function. You will lead an experienced team of Recruiters and take on a range of strategic and tactical initiatives to influence all aspects of our recruiting process. This includes talent branding, recruiting tools and processes, candidate experience and hiring manager partnerships.
You will contribute by:
The Head of Talent will be responsible for:
- Teaching, motivating and mentoring a talented team of Recruiters and Recruiting Operations professionals
- Delivering against hiring targets and nurturing effective relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the company
- Building out initiatives and programs that successfully drive HOVER’s recruiting outcomes, including our Internship Program, diversity recruiting, interviewer training and more
- Leveraging data to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and to enable hiring managers and leaders to stay ahead of the talent curve
Your background includes:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with a record of increasing scope and responsibility, including expertise in one or more of the following: engineering recruiting, sales & marketing recruiting or recruiting operations
- A successful track record of people-focused leadership, where professional development, inclusion and diversity were emphasized
- Experience creating and scaling successful recruiting initiatives and programs, such as University Recruiting, diversity recruiting, sourcing and interviewer training
- Experience creating strong partnerships with senior leaders and garnering support to drive successful recruiting outcomes
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience interpreting data to create insights that inspire change at various levels of the organization
