We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter on the go-to-market side of the business, you will partner closely with VPs across all or our business units to identify, attract, and hire talent that will help uplevel Rescale and take us to the next level. We just hit an amazing milestone (200+ Rescalers), and we are looking to build off this momentum and gear up for an exciting year of growth heading into 2022. 

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

  • Full-cycle recruiting. You will own and manage the candidate experience end-to-end, from the first phone call to closing the candidate. 
  • Sourcing strategy. You will work with a team of Sourcers on how to best identify and attract candidates at the top of the funnel. 
  • Candidate experience. As a Recruiter, you will oftentimes be the first point of contact (and impression!) that a candidate will have of Rescale. Regardless of the candidate’s outcome, we want to ensure a phenomenal candidate experience throughout the process. 
  • Data-driven recruiting. Data is our single source of truth when it comes to recruiting. As the trusted partner to multiple department VPs, you will help drive recruiting conversations through the use of accurate and up to date recruiting metrics. 
  • Documentation. As our recruiting strategy evolves, we need to make sure we are operationally sound. You will help advocate and drive updating our documentation so our recruiting strategy scales with the company. 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles 
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience (agency experience is a bonus) 
  • Successful track record of hitting hiring goals 
  • Experience using G-Suite and any ATS (bonus points for experience with Lever) 
  • Collaborative and partnership-focused mindset

About your team at Rescale and who you will work with:

  • Manager: This role will report directly to Andy Tsai, Rescale’s Head of Talent Acquisition. Andy has previously scaled Talent teams at WalkMe and Heap. 
  • Talent Recruiters. One of our values at Rescale is “team over self” -- the Recruiting team is very collaborative, you’ll be able to bounce ideas off of each other and they’ll be able to point you in the right direction as you onboard. 
  • Talent Sourcers. We have a team of Sourcers you will partner with to identify, attract, and engage with candidates at the top of the funnel. 
  • Amazing Executives. Frank Colich, Chief Financial Officer. Edward Hsu, Chief Product Officer. Matt McKee, SVP Global Sales. And many more! 
  • Finance and HR. Compensation is at the intersection of Finance, HR, and Talent. We’ll work closely together on ensuring Rescale is offering competitive market rate compensation for the technical talent we are looking to bring on.
