About the team:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our growing IT & Security organization. Under the guidance of the Sr. Systems Engineer, Team Lead - you will manage and maintain our IAM infrastructure, leveraging best in class tools as our access governance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies and practices, and will be responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our identity and access control systems.
<h2>What you'll do:</h2>
The IAM Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the identity and access management systems that protect the organization's sensitive information and resources.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform regular reviews and audits of user access rights and entitlements, identifying and remedying any discrepancies or violations</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT security, compliance, and business units, to assess access requirements and implement effective access control measures</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in IAM-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to business operations</li>

<h2>Your profile:</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years of experience working in IAM administration role or related role</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of IAM concepts and principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, G-Suite/Workspace, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar platforms</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with Sailpoint or other Identity Governance platforms</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex access-related issues</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. With the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with directory services, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols and standards</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with SOX ITGC, SOC, or ISO security frameworks</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) </li>

The San Francisco base salary target range for this full-time position is $116,000 - $131,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
