The Opportunity: 


Implementation Managers at TrueAccord are experienced project managers with sound relationship management skills and technical wherewithal. You are comfortable operating autonomously, managing complex projects and sophisticated client relationships related to system integrations. Your role is part of the Implementation team, which is a strategic business partner to customers, facilitating their success and ensuring positive experiences from the first interaction with TrueAccord.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run the entirety of the project management function for extensive Enterprise client implementations that range from weeks to several months.
  • Scope, document, and track detailed system and operational requirements for client implementations including technical file integrations, new product programs, and special projects.
  • Create comprehensive long-term project workstreams, tracking dependencies, mitigating project risks, and ensuring the project is delivered on-time and successfully.
  • Track detailed project management tasks and issues via internal systems, and diligently update the information daily.
  • Communicate regularly with sophisticated clients to understand and develop and deliver a strategic plan to implement their data and operational requirements.
  • Review and understand large data files, working closely with Engineering teams to ensure successful technical requirements of the project are met, including successful mapping of extensive data via system connections or APIs.
  • Cross-collaborate extensively with internal teams to understand and deliver client processes, technical requirements, and other unique client needs.
  • Collaborate with other employees by providing important customer feedback, process-improvement suggestions, new troubleshooting tips and actions.
  • Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the office and your customers every day!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of software implementation experience, specifically data file exchange
  • Experience managing multiple Enterprise customer projects and deadlines.
  • Experience owning the implementation process from end-to-end. 
  • Excellent relationship management skills, especially with sophisticated customers in regulated industries with complex requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering teams to map data files into systems.
  • Highly skilled with internal project management (building out tracking spreadsheets, internal team cross-collaboration). 
  • Analytical thinker with an independent problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work well with others to achieve the desired result.

Nice to Haves:

  • PMP Certified or similar experience.
  • Experience in high growth fintech or debt collections.
