The Opportunity at Mavens Komodo Health
Individuals in this role develop critical product administration curriculum to aid in driving the successful adoption of Mavens solutions. As a result of this work, we successfully deliver solution expertise to clients, helping them achieve their desired business outcomes.
This person will work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to gather knowledge to design and manage system administrator training for Mavens products. They will also play a configuration role on customer projects to maintain and grow knowledge of the product. In turn, this knowledge will further inform updates to administrator training.
Looking back on your first 12 months at Mavens Komodo Health, you will have…
- Become an expert in the suite of products offered by Mavens Komodo Health
- Understand how the client is using our solutions and what is most critical to them to ensure successful adoption
- Understand what is most critical for our team to understand when developing internal process education
- Navigate ideas from the whiteboard to polished training materials for our healthcare and life sciences customers
- Enjoy solving problems with empathy for the end as the voice for change while the solution is built
- Determine the options for an application’s configuration by system administrators
- Design and create documentation with an eye for detail that helps simplify complicated or technical processes
- Explain complicated solutions to a business and technical audience and get them engaged during admin training or process training
- Work with client teams in a configuration capacity to stay current with industry and customer needs
- Design course videos, hands-on assignments, and course site to convey and reinforce administrator course concepts simply and effectively
- Provide Mavens Komodo Health and our clients with an unforgettable and positive experience
- Develop set of Instructor Materials, including course rubric
- Review assessments and practical exams in training sandboxes
What you bring to Mavens Komodo Health:
- Eye for Detail and Design
- Experience with Salesforce
- Critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills with people at all levels of an organization
- Strong written communication
- Empathetic motivator
- Salesforce App Builder Certification required
- Additional Salesforce Certifications a plus (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Prior experience in an admin Training role
This role is on the Mavens Komodo Health team; Mavens joined the Komodo Health organization in January 2021 and continues to grow and thrive. This position is 100% remote, candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Candidates must be US citizens or Green Card holders. #LI-Remote #LI-MH1
