THE TEAM

The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group focused on acquiring, retaining, and building a world-class brand that resonates with both event creators and event-goers. We are data-driven and biased towards action and put the customer at the center of everything we do. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and work together to connect with and support our customers.

 

THE ROLE

The Internal Brand Designer plays an essential role in creating consistently branded experiences for our internal teams. We are seeking a detail-oriented designer who has a passion for brand storytelling and visual design. You will work to uplevel our internal brand, creating consistency across our internal programs, presentation decks, and company branding initiatives. You will own the development of high-visibility presentations, interacting directly with the Executive staff and other senior leaders at the company. As well as build branding systems to support our internal teams, with an eye for quality and consistency. A successful candidate will be someone who understands how to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. Reporting to the Creative Director, this full-time role is based in San Francisco, with the option of working remotely

YOU WILL

  • Partner with senior-level executives to create quarterly earnings report collateral and shareholder letters. 
  • Maintain and evolve internal presentation templates used by cross-functional teams. 
  • Own the development of the company all-hands presentations.
  • Develop an internal presentation “office hours” program where internal partners can leverage your design talent to uplevel their presentations. 
  • Develop and maintain internal brand programs and identity systems. 

THHE SKILL SET

  • Shows a command of Adobe Suite.
  • Comfortable in both Google Slides and Keynote.
  • A command of typography, color and layout.
  • Able to confidently and clearly present work.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and working on tight timelines.
  • A true self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
