Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web.
We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our newly formed Client Engineering team. This role is fully hands-on and will serve as one of the subject matter experts for our global Apple endpoint footprint. Through process efficiency and automation, you will be a key member on our team by providing the best tech experience for Webflowers globally.
About the role
- Location: San Francisco HQ or US remote
- Full-time
As an IT Engineer on our Client Engineering team, you’ll help to:
- Manage the lifecycle of our macOS endpoints via Jamf Pro with thoughtful design, automation (i.e. bash and/or python scripting), QA checks/tests, and with deployment of policies, profiles, and software patching
- Prioritize, communicate, and resolve complex endpoint issues escalated from our IT Support team (e.g. triage, document, and remediate security vulnerabilities)
- Guide our IT org with best practices by staying involved in the Apple and JAMF communities
- Contribute to and maintain our knowledge-base articles with rich relevant content
- Test macOS betas against our app portfolio to ensure readiness for our end users
That said, these role responsibilities are just the start! At Webflow, we encourage you to contribute wherever your interests take you — and shape your role accordingly. And this isn’t just a philosophical bent: we actually give you 4 hours a week (10% of the work week) to tackle passion projects outside of your role responsibilities.
About you
You’ll thrive as an IT Engineer on our Client Engineering team if you:
- Live and breathe Apple tech
- Are comfortable with software dev and delivery (e.g. Github, Docker) and writing scripts in Bash and/or Python
- Care deeply about delivering the best possible tech experience
- Obsess over automation and improving processes
- Have experience leveraging APIs between apps to streamline automation workflows

What We Do
Webflow empowers designers to create beautiful, responsive websites—without writing a single line of code, or relying on a developer. Its drag-and-drop interface looks, feels, and works like familiar desktop design tools, and writes clean, semantic code any developer would be proud of.
