The IT Manager will be part of a dynamic IT team, and be the San Francisco office site lead and provide onsite technical support to employees while enabling and supporting cloud applications for G&A and IT. You will also be responsible for leading an IT team across 3 locations that assist employees across 3 countries.

What you’ll get to do:
- Help support Zoom rooms and other collaboration technologies that require local office support.
- Technical competence for Macintosh and/or Windows (HW/SW) laptops and desire to grow technical knowledge.
- Administration experience for current enterprise cloud software (G-Suite, Slack, OneLogin, etc).
- Run small to medium network stacks.
- Organize and manage a SaaS environment in a cloud first organization.
- People manager and technical leader of an IT team.
- Work with leadership to set and guide the direction of the team.
- Develop careers of the IT staff members.
Who you will do it with:
- You will work directly with the IT staff, Director of IT, and employees across the organization.
Who you are:

5+ years work experience as an IT Analyst / Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role

3+ years work experience in IT Management

Superb communication and customer service skills.

Ability to see the big picture of projects and at the same time you understand and appreciate the importance of being very detailed in the smaller data points.

Ability to work onsite at our SF office minimum 4 days a week.

The ability to understand and keep up with current IT trends and technologies, with a desire for ongoing IT development
