We’re looking for a Lead Motion Designer to join the Design & UX creative team supporting our B2B efforts across Content and Demand Gen with additional work across Enterprise and Product Marketing. You will be creating and developing principles and guidance for our motion expression and will help scale our use of motion across paid, social, web and email. Your work will stretch from campaigns to templated resources and tool kits for the creative and marketing teams to leverage responsibly. Your work will guide our B2B audiences through the marketing funnel by educating, informing, infusing movement and essence to expand on the Hinge Health brand identity and messaging.
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, collaborative and highly effective A-player who will help us expand creative's role in marketing and Hinge Health’s expression across various sales and marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop a motion framework/system that will propel our B2B messaging forward and expand our creative support across the company (B2C, recruiting, product design).
- Deliver strategic and conceptual motion videos that key in on brand messaging and value across channels, audiences and opportunities.
- Create paid, organic, explainer, testimonials, and inspiring work alongside creative partners for 360 campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Build flexible motion systems and templates to enable partners and other designers to scale effectively.
- Educate our cross-functional partners on the capabilities, best-practices and constraints of motion design while balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas throughout marketing and product
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience in motion design, with experience in brand or marketing systems
- Experience with narrative storytelling in combination with core marketing objectives
- Create motion systems and design solutions with a high level of craft and attention to detail
- Collaborate with creatives, program managers, marketing leadership, stakeholders and production agencies to serve our range of audience
- Experience in After Effects and Cinema 4D
- Experience with industry standard product design tools such as Sketch and Figma
- Knowledge of current industry standard audio/video formats and codecs
- Experience with digital content management systems and digital workflows with understanding of how to organize and manage content
- Experience telling stories across multiple platforms
- Experience with audio/video production and post-production utilizing current technologies
- Eligible to work in the US
