About the role 

We are hiring for a Learning & Development Partner to work with our Director of Organizational Development in our San Francisco office.  As our Learning & Development Partner, your main focus will be on further building out employee development trainings/programs, program managing employee/manager programs and more! We are looking for someone who can be a strategic thought partner, efficient program/project manager, content creator and strong facilitator.

For Colorado based roles: In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $111,000 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits (see below). The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. 

In this role, you can expect to

  • Lead the implementation of key L&D initiatives across all aspects of our organization related to career growth and employee development.
  • Work with subject matter experts and vendors to design and write engaging training content to meet learning outcomes.
  • Design and create materials to support training such as guides and resources.
  • Drive project/program management across both manager and employee development trainings and programs.
  • Assist in conducting learning needs assessments and program evaluations.
  • Leverage online learning resources to enhance on-demand learning and course offerings and transition participation tracking to LMS.
  • Roll up your sleeves: From ad-hoc administrative work to creating a learning strategy and roll out, you're ready to jump in and do what it takes to support.
  • Be comfortable operating in an ambiguous and quickly changing environment.

To thrive in this role, you have    

  • 4+ years program management and facilitation experience, instructional design experience and an interest or background in technology and scaling training/programs is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a continuous learner and possess organizational savvy to build relationships across the company.
  • Create with audacity, using experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development.
  • Proven ability in analyzing problems or process opportunities and recommending sound, creative, logical solutions.
  • Written, verbal communication skills; ability to articulate point of view.
  • A passion for facilitating training sessions and teaching skills and connecting with your audience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of learning tools (ie PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
