Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help our organization attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability.
- Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate with HR team members on offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
