We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help our organization attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability.
• Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Coordinate with HR team members on offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on current hiring trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
