Join our community! The Bungalow marketing team is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support our customer engagement strategy for both Homeowners and Residents. As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate, you will need a deep understanding of Bungalow’s customer lifecycle stages and implement a strategy that will guide customers along their product journey. You will work cross-functionally with Design, Content, Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations to delight members, reduce churn, and build our brand, with a strong focus on marketing automation and personalization. This position reports to Bungalow's Head of Lifecycle Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our multi-channel/omnichannel customer engagement strategy across email, push, in-app messaging, direct mail, and other marketing channels to support the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Be an authority on personalization and customization; utilizing a deep understanding of customer mindset and behavior to increase revenue, improving the member journey, and building our brand
  • Work with our Brand team on executing compelling creative briefs and overall messaging strategy
  • Experiment with new technologies and leverage personalization to create a buyer’s journey that resonates with each customer
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Compile learnings/insights from engagement experiments and share out with XFN partners. Monitor campaign performance and share readouts on a regular cadence with team

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role with marketing automation or demand generation responsibilities
  • Creative mindset, has a pulse on the customer’s journey, and understands copywriting best practices
  • Technically savvy, with strong attention to detail. Experience with creating granular audience segments, proofing for accurate messaging, and finalizing campaigns.
  • Experience implementing and using email marketing platforms (i.e. Marketo, Customer.io, Braze) and Salesforce. Experience developing customer personas/segments
  • Expertise in email marketing best practices (other marketing channels a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience developing email templates using HTML, CSS, and media queries
  • Technical knowledge of engagement marketing tools and data integration
  • Prior experience in scaling multichannel/omnichannel marketing messaging programs
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and incrementality testing
  • Experience with data analytics
